the following are the requirements for the issuance of PTCFOR:
NEW APPLICANT
Two (2) ID Pictures (2×2) Taken not earlier than six (6) months from the date of filing.
Threat assessment from the local police station.
Photocopy of Firearms License.
DI (Directorate for Intelligence) or Regional Intelligence Division Clearance.
RENEWAL
Two (2) ID Pictures (2×2) Taken not earlier than six (6) months from the date of filing.
Affidavit showing that the person is still under threat.
Photocopy of Expired PTCFOR CARD
Photocopy of Firearms License
