REGIONAL STAFF MEETING AT URDANETA CITY, PANGASINAN

The Office of the Regional State Prosecutor of Region 1 headed by HON. NONNATUS CAESAR R. ROJAS conducted the Regional Staff Meeting on March 19, 2009 at the Sports and Cultural Center of Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. The meeting was attended by Provincial and City Prosecutors, their Assistants, and Staff.
The City Prosecutor’s Office of Urdaneta City headed by City Prosecutor SILVESTRE REDEMPTOR A. RIDAO hosted the affair.
HONORABLE MAYOR PEREZ of Urdaneta City graced the affair. He delivered the welcome address to the participants. Mayor Perez is a dedicated supporter of the programs and activities of the Prosecutor’s Office.
RSP Nonnatus Caesar R. Rojas (Left topmost photo) presided over the meeting as the audience listened intently (topmost right photo). The highlight of the meeting is the announcement that Region 1 ranks number 1 in performance in 2008. The attendees were updated on personnel movement during the past months. New appointments and promotions were also announced.
State Prosecutor GLENDA T. ORTIZ-SORIANO updated the group on matters of reporting as she demonstrated how to fill up the forms. Soft copies of these forms were distributed to the heads of offices.
Assistant Regional State Prosecutor ZENY FERRER admonished the participants to maintain transparency in reporting. She gave updates on administrative matters.

The venue and date of the next Regional Staff Meeting will be known after the National Convention of the Prosecutor’s Leauge of the Philippines in Cagayan de Oro City.
